1. Products and Artwork

All photographs and artworks displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Erhan Coral unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a print does not transfer any copyright, reproduction, publication, or commercial usage rights to the purchaser.

All prints are produced using professional fine art printing materials and processes. Please note that slight variations in colour and appearance may occur between images displayed on a screen and the final printed artwork due to differences in monitor settings, calibration, printing processes, and materials.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided during the checkout process is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an error in pricing or product information, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order. If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website. Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice; however, any price change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout. An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically shipped within 8-10 business days of being placed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Shipping transit time is additional and varies depending on the destination and shipping service.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Each fine art print is produced to order. For this reason, returns or refunds for change of mind are not accepted, except where required by applicable law.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if production has not yet begun. Once an order has entered production, it cannot normally be cancelled or modified.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the artwork and its packaging. Eligible claims will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to photographs, images, artwork, text, graphics, logos, and website design elements, is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, displayed, downloaded, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

The purchase of a photographic print is for personal ownership and display only and does not grant the purchaser any right to reproduce, license, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit the image.
